How long does delivery take?
Total estimated time is 7–11 business days. 2-4 days for printing and 5-7 days for delivery after dispatch.
I received a wrong or defective product.
Email contact@westerncollar.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it within 2 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations or modifications can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Email contact@westerncollar.com immediately with your order number.
