Refund policy
At Western Collar, every product is custom printed on demand especially for you by our fulfilment partner Printrove. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
To raise a claim:
1. Email contact@westerncollar.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster — within 2–3 business days.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are not covered under our standard policy since every product is made to order. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you can arrange a reverse pickup and place a fresh order for the correct size. Reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
- Orders where delivery was refused by the customer
- Sale items
