We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Netbanking and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely. We do not accept Cash on Delivery at this time.

Absolutely. All payments are processed by one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
All products are custom printed on demand. Please allow 2-3 business days for printing and quality check. After dispatch, delivery takes 5-7 business days pan-India. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–10 business days.
Shipping is calculated based on package weight at ₹60 per 500g. For example, a single T-shirt (approx. 250g) costs ₹60 to ship. A T-shirt + Hoodie (approx. 750g total) costs ₹120. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and serviceability.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. On orders below ₹999, shipping is calculated based on package weight starting at ₹60 per 500g.
We currently do not offer COD. All orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets.
Once your order is dispatched, the tracking ID is automatically synced to your order. You will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime to check your delivery status.

We use premium 240 GSM cotton for our oversized tees and approximately 300 GSM for our hoodies and sweatshirts. The fabric is soft, breathable and structured — perfect for the oversized streetwear silhouette.
We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing — a durable, versatile method that produces vibrant, long-lasting prints across all fabric types. DTF prints may feel slightly layered on thicker designs, which is completely normal. The final output depends on the artwork, garment quality and care.
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold water (30°C or below). Do not tumble dry — air dry flat or on a hanger. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean. Following these care instructions ensures your print stays vibrant for years.
We do our best to represent colours accurately in our product photos. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and display settings. The actual product colour will be as close to the listing as possible.

Since every product is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order. Please choose your size carefully.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Email contact@westerncollar.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Size exchanges are not covered under our standard policy since every product is made to order.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster — within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Please check with your neighbours and building reception first. If still not found, email us at contact@westerncollar.com within 24 hours of the delivery status update with your order number. We will raise a complaint with the courier and resolve it within 5 business days.
