Western Collar operates on a print-on-demand model. Every piece is printed fresh only after you place your order. Zero excess inventory. Zero waste from unsold stock. Your purchase is the only reason that garment exists.

Our Fabric Choices
We use premium 240 GSM cotton for our tees and approximately 300 GSM for our hoodies and sweatshirts. Cotton is a natural, biodegradable fibre — far better for the environment than synthetic polyester alternatives. Our printing uses DTF (Direct to Film) technology — a method that produces minimal chemical waste compared to traditional screen printing at scale. Every print is applied with precision, reducing ink waste per garment. We are continuously exploring more sustainable fabric options — organic cotton, recycled fibres and water-based inks — and will update our practices as better options become available to Indian POD merchants.
